This waiver must be completed before participation at the boarding school. No one will be able to use the facility until a completed waiver is acknowledged by a member of staff.

 

By signing this waiver you acknowledge that you want to use the facilities at The YOU Foundation, including the skatepark project 'The Boarding School.' You verify that you have full knowledge of the risks involved. You acknowledge that some activities are inheritantly dangerous and this includes skateboarding and all wheeled sports. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health and safety. You agree to all risks involved and release in advance TYF and all affiliated individuals from any liability and waive your rights to any claim for any personal injury. We recommend that the correct safety gear is used during participation, and riders should skate within their abilities at all times.
